You will typically need:
- A completed Application
- 30 Day most Recent Pay stubs
- 2 Year W-2’s
- If self-employed, 2 year’s tax returns.
- Details about the subject property (address, park name, space rent, year, etc)
- Bank Statements of where the down payment is coming from.
- Drivers License
- 2nd Form of ID (SS card, permanent resident, non permanent, ITIN, etc)
Yes there is. Normally the down payment is as low as 5%.
Great question. Each lender we work with has different requirements. There is a possibility that you don’t need credit but will need a lot more money down (up to 35% potentially)
After submitting an application and after one of our experienced loan officer completes the application, it is normally 24 hours (sometimes it could take 48 hours).
Interest rates vary based on credit score, loan type, year of home, and market conditions. With mobile home financing, interest rates on average are higher than single family rates. Please call us or apply online to get your specific rate.
Yes. The loans we arrange financing do not have pre payment penalties. If you pay off your loan early, you will save interest on the loan.
Yes we can. We can arrange financing for Leased land, pre hud homes and non permanent foundation homes.
